Acquire the Signal
Waveform Record
The instrument builds the waveform record through use of the following parameters:
Sample interval: The time between
recorded sample points. Adjust this by
turning the Horizontal Scale knob.
Record length: T he number of samples
required to fill a wav eform record. Set this
by pushing the Acquire button and using
the resulting lower-bezel menu.
Trigger point: The zero time reference in a
waveform record. It is shown on the screen
by an orange T.
