4. Select the event(s) for which you want
to send an e-mail.
5. To include attachments, select the type
of attachment,
and then click Settings to
specify the format.
6. Set the maxim
um message limit and
e-mail size. (Maximum message limit
is 50 and maximum e-mail size is
2000 MB). Whe
n the maximum message
limit is reached, you must click Reset to
send more e-mails on event.
7. To ensure that you have set up the e-mail
addresses c
orrectly, send a test-mail by
clicking Send. If the recipient does not
receive the test e-mail, you may need to
adjust the c
onfiguration.
8. Click Confi
g to access the e -m ail
configuration dialog box and adjust the
configuration.

To save attachments to your instrument hard drive, set the maximum message size to zero. The attachments w ill be
saved to the default location C:\TekScope\Images, Waveforms, or Data depending on the type of attachment.
