The BPM Probe internal reference intensity
measurement is out of system range.
Conrm the BPM Probe is being used within the
specied environmental conditions in Appendix B.
Ensure the BPM Probe is not placed directly next to
a light source. To retry the BPM Probe, disconnect
and reconnect to the Core. If the error persists,
use a replacement BPM Probe and contact Terumo
Cardiovascular Technical Support.

electronics.
It may be possible to reset the H/S Probe by
disconnecting and reconnecting it to the Core.

The H/S Probe cannot properly detect the Cuvette.
Replace the Cuvette and contact Terumo

An H/S Probe has failed its color chip test.
Ensure H/S optical head is clean, undamaged and
not placed directly next to a light source. To repeat
the test, tap Retry from the Message Center. If the
issue persists, use a replacement H/S Probe and
contact Terumo Cardiovascular Technical Support.
