the source cerebral oximetry device while in
Measurement Mode.
Conrm the correct oximeter is selected in the case
prole. Check the connection between the Interface
Module and oximeter. Check the type of serial cable
being used; the cable must be a straight through
serial cable. Ensure the oximeter is congured per
the instructions in Chapter 3, “Sensor Connections.
If the issue persists, try a replacement Interface
Module and contact Terumo Cardiovascular
Technical Support.
