This command returns the GaugingStatus() flags on MACData().
Note
The Battery Management Studio (bqStudio) tool splits the returned value of GaugingStatus() into two
separate registers: GaugingStatus = Lowest Byte, and ITStatus = 2nd and 3rd bytes, with the 4th byte
reserved.
