8.8 Reference Frequency Checking Mode
The beam modulated by the reference frequency of EDM is emitted continuously.
This mode is used for frequency test mainly.
Operating procedure Operation Display
1 Press the [F5] key from the main menu.

2 Press the [F6](↓) key to get to next page on
the display.
[F6]
3 Press the [F1] key.
The beam will be emitted.

4 To return to the main menu icons, press the
[F1] (EXIT) key.
