3 STANDARD MEASUREMENT MODE
3.2.6 Stake Out (S-O)
The difference between the measured distance and the distance preset is displayed.
The displayed value = Measured distance - Standard (Preset) distance
● Stake out operation can be performed for horizontal distance (HD), relative elevation (VD) or slope
distance (SD)

1 Press [F6](P1) key in the distance measuring
mode to get the function as in page 2.

2 Press [F2](S-O) key and press [ENT] key.
3 Enter the relative elevation for stake out, and
press [ENT] key.
The measuring starts.

4 Collimate the target (Prism).
The difference between the measured
distance and the standard distance is
displayed.
● To return to normal distance measurement mode, reset the standard distance to “ 0 ” or turn the power
switch off (Resume mode:OFF) once.
