PREPARATIONS
2 Connect the other end of the USB cable to IMAGEnet, etc.
Use only external devices complying with IEC60950/IEC60950-1 or UL60950/UL60950-
1.
If the external device has a power save function, disable it. Otherwise, the device may
not operate normally.
For details about connecting external devices, contact your dealer or TOPCON (see the
back cover).
When connecting external devices, do not take a picture before the recognition displays
shown below appear on the color LCD monitor. In TRC-NW8F plus, the recognition of
the SD card and printer is not displayed.
When you want to change the date stored in the recording device, contact your dealer or
TOPCON office (see the back cover).
Before using the USB memory, etc., make sure that it is not infected with a computer
virus. Then, connect it.
For the use of an image filing system such as IMAGEnet, etc., refer to the instruction
manual of each system.
For a list of usable Pict Bridge printer, contact your dealer or TOPCON (see the back
cover).
It is recommended to store the photographed image, which will be printed, into the USB
memory, etc.
When connecting to the keyboard, do not use the keys which are not related to ID input.
The window of the OS (Operating System) built in the instrument may be displayed. If
this phenomenon occurs, turn off the instrument and turn it on again.
Even if a digital printer or data input device is connected to TRC-NW8F plus, it does not
work. Use an image filing system.
