8) Disconnect the axis 4 nut pulley secured to the ball spline nut with six (6) bolts
(M5 × 10). When it is hard to disconnect, screw the bolt into the tap for
disassembly (M5) machined on the pulley and disconnect.
9) Remove the six (6) low head bolts (M5 × 16) securing the ball spline nut and
draw out the ball spline nut upward. As the hole on each low head bolt, which
is intended for using a wrench, is shallow, take care to handle the wrench.
When the ball spline nut is hard to disconnect, screw the bolt into the tap for
disassembly (M5) machined on the ball spline nut and disconnect.
10) Insert the disconnected ball spline nut into the shaft. Wind the TY-RAP around
the vicinity of top and bottom of the shaft to prevent the nut from slipping off.
Align the phase of each marking.
