C. Out of Warranty Repairs
Transonic
®
warrants repairs, for original complaint, to be free of labor or material defects for a period of 30
days from return shipment to customer.
D. Extended Warranty
The AureFlo
®
System’s Warranty: extended warranties are sold in 1,2,3,4, and 5-year blocks of time. This
warranty extends, for the period purchased, the original equipment warranty coverage.
The extended warranty may be purchased at the time of original system purchase, or during ensuing
periods when warranty coverage is in effect. If continuous warranty coverage has lapsed, the extended
warranty can only be purchased upon AureFlo
®
System repair, upgrade, or calibration to Transonic
®
specications at customer’s expense - extended coverage will begin at that time. The AureFlo
®
System’s
warranty cannot be extended more than 6 years from original ship date (1 yr, original plus 5 year
extended).
An extended AureFlo
®
System Warranty includes:
1) Repair Service: Includes any repair needed that falls under the original factory warranty.
2) Calibration Service: Annual recalibration at the beginning of year 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (as applicable). Includes
Certicate of Calibration traceable to international standards, and report of status upon receipt (in or
out of calibration).
3) Maintenance Updates: xes, patches and Flowmeter hardware upgrades
4) Technical Support: Available by telephone or e-mail.

®
Software Upgrades.
E. Maintenance Agreement
The Agreement ensures that your FlowTrace
®
software will be included in any new updates and upgrades
beyond the initial 12 month warranty period.
A Maintenance Agreement includes:
1) Upgrade Protection: Upgrades to the latest FlowTrace
®
software and any required Flowmeter FlowTrace
®
hardware upgrades
2) Maintenance Updates: upgrades and patches.
3) Technical Support: Available by telephone or e-mail.
4) Low cost renewal (if renewed within three years)
