IX. Equipment Return Instructions
A. AureFlo
®
Monitor or Flowmeter
1) Call your Transonic
®
representative with a description of the problem. The representative will refer you
to the nearest Service Technician. The Service Technician will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
2) If possible, use the original shipping carton for returning the Flowmeter or AureFlo
®
Monitor for repair.
Include with your shipment:
a) The Flowmeter Repair Return Form
b) Power cord
c) Flowsensor(s) or Flowprobe(s) if requested by the Service Technician
B. Reusable Flowprobes/Flowsensors
1) Call your Transonic
®
representative with a description of the problem with the Flowprobe/Flowsensor
who will refer you to the nearest Service Technician who will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
2) Thoroughly clean and sterilize all Flowprobe/Flowsensors. Any Flowprobe/Flowsensor that has not been
cleaned will be immediately returned without repair.
3) Package all parts of the Flowprobe/Flowsensor in the original packaging along with:
a) The Flowprobe/Flowsensor Repair Return Form
b) Any correspondence you wish to include.
