The Trimble R7 GPS receiver has no controls for
changing settings. To configure the receiver, use
external software, such as GPS Configurator or
Trimble Survey Controller.
To configure the Trimble R7 GPS receiver, do one
of the following:
• Configure the receiver in real time
• Apply the settings in an application file
This chapter provides a brief overview of each of
these methods, and describes the contents and
use of application files.
