Steps to ‘Forget This Device’ in iPhone:
If the user needs to connect multiple iPhones with
the single instrument cluster, the previous iPhone
has to be forgotten using ‘Forget This Device’ from
Bluetooth settings in the following manner:
• In the previous connected iPhone, open the
Settings -> Bluetooth.
• Select the instrument cluster, which was
connected previously.
• Click on the ‘Forget this device’.
Only one iPhone can be auto-paired with a single
instrument cluster at a time. If the user need to connect
multiple iPhones with the single instrument cluster,
the previous connected iPhone has to be forgotten by
clicking, ‘Forget This Device’ from Bluetooth settings in
the iPhone.
If the vehicle battery is reset or fuse is blown, then
too ‘Forget This Device’ from Bluetooth settings in the
iPhone has to be done.
