How to fix horizontal offset on Uninet Printer?
    • R
      rgreenAug 5, 2025
If your Uninet Printer's image is printing horizontally offset, resulting in white space on one side of the label, it could be due to the Left Margin Offset. To correct this, increase the number if you see white space on the right side and overlap on the opposite side. Decrease the number if you see white space on the left side and overlap on the opposite side. Also, ensure that the page size is large enough to cover the label by adjusting the printer preferences.

Why is my Uninet IColor 250 image vertically offset?
    • C
      Curtis SchwartzAug 10, 2025
If you notice a vertical offset in the image printed by your Uninet Printer, resulting in white space at the top or bottom of the label, several factors could be responsible. First, adjust the TOF Offset: increase this setting to move the image down or decrease it to move the image up. Ensure your label stock is compatible by testing with approved label stock from UNINET. Check that the label gap distance is correct. Also, verify that the page size setting matches your label stock size and that the portrait/landscape setting is correctly configured. Finally, if using circular or non-rectangular die-cut labels, refer to Section 2B for instructions on sensor position.

If you are experiencing poor print quality with your Uninet Printer, it could be due to low ink levels (below 10%). In this case, replace the cartridge. You can also try cleaning the cartridge using the clean function in the UNINET IColor PrintHub.
