Troubleshooting Playback
Red status icon indicates problems with playback, typically a faulty time
selection or missing data.
The information pane next to the playback controls shows error messages
related to playback, see Table 60 on page 124.
Table 60 Error States
Error Text Explanation
Invalid playback period. You have selected a playback time longer than 1
hour, or the end time is before the start time.
Begin or end timestamp is
in the future. No data
available.
There is no data recorded for the selected time
period, future time/date is selected, or the end
time is before the start time.
Unable to load data, or no
data for given period.
There is no data recorded for the selected time
period.
Same begin and end
timestamps
You have selected the same start and end time.
