ABNORMAL SERVER STATUS, MISSING
ROA SERVER OR NETWORK PROBLEM
DETECTED BY SERVER X
This message indicates one of the following:
- Remote Object Server service is not running in the CDU: the Server
status of the CDU is "Missing".
- The server status of the CDU in the System Status panel is "Starting",
"Manual Active", or "Manual Standby".
- In duplicated systems both CDUs have the same status.
- There is a network problem (LAN problem).
In the Diagnostics application, do the following to troubleshoot the
situation:
1. Check the System status panel Server status column. If the Server
status is "Missing", restart the Remote Object Server service.
2. If the Server status is "Starting", wait for the system to start.
3. If the status is "Manual Active" or "Manual Standby", check that the
manual change of the CDU status is still valid. If not, return the CDU
to normal status.
4. If both CDUs have the same status, check the network connection (see
section Checking Network Connection on page 87), or restart the
system.
