Events Panel
The Events panel displays the messages sent by the system. The messages
inform the users of system events, such as changed weather conditions and
problems in the system. These messages have different types and statuses.

The following sections describe the items in the Events panel. For
instructions on their use, see section Operating Diagnostics Application on
page 67.
Undefined When data has been measured or calculated, but the
numerical value cannot be determined, the status is
"Undefined". For example, cloud layers have been
measured but there are no clouds. Data value may be
available, but it should not be used.
Alarm There is a predefined alarm associated with the data value.
NOTE
The figures show event messages created during software test conditions
using an AWOS system. Normally, the Events panel includes fewer
event messages, and the periods between messages are longer.
