Acceleration Voltage Acceleration Voltage
Acceleration Voltage Acceleration Voltage
Acceleration Voltage - This is the voltage applied to the valve during the
valve acceleration phase.
Spike Voltage Spike Voltage
Spike Voltage Spike Voltage
Spike Voltage - This is the voltage applied to the valve during the spike
phase.
Hold Voltage Value Hold Voltage Value
Hold Voltage Value Hold Voltage Value
Hold Voltage Value - This is the voltage required to hold the valve after the
Acceleration Phase and the Spike Phase.
Acceleration Time Acceleration Time
Acceleration Time Acceleration Time
Acceleration Time - This time (in milliseconds) represents the length
(duration) of the valve acceleration phase.

Boost Mode (On/Off)Boost Mode (On/Off)
Boost Mode (On/Off)Boost Mode (On/Off)
Boost Mode (On/Off) - To overcome problems when a valve sits idle for a
long time under high pressure, the Boost Mode can be enabled for each
individual valve (1-4). If the Boost Mode is enabled, it will become active
when the machine is idle for a specified amount of time. Then, the standard
valve parameters will be overwritten with higher values for a defined number
of products.
Check valve/channel 2 settings.
Repeat for all valves being used.
