This manual has been prepared by Valco Cincinnati, Inc. to provide
assistance in the installation, operation, and servicing of your MCP-4
Control Unit.
The MCP-4 Control Unit from Valco provides operators with a full-featured
affordable solution to adhesive system pattern control. The control features
4-channel operation, multiple glue patterns, and an optional flow control
capability. The unit allows program changes and adjustments, so you can
get desired results immediately. The control has a compact design and
features “plug-and-run” connectors for easy installation and quick start up.
The MCP-4 Control Unit works with a variety of Valco’s cold-glue or hot melt
adhesive dispensing valves. Features/Capabilities of the MCP-4 Unit
include:

-folding carton production

-book and magazine production
