TBC TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The following information might be useful to video technicians.
• MXProDV’s TBC has no control options. MXProDV always applies TBC to the
entire signal, including the horizontal and vertical intervals.
• MXProDV provides a dual-field TBC to correct two sources at the same time.
Because all transitions and effects use only two of the four sources at any given
time, the dual field TBC can correct the time base of the entire output signal,
transitions and all.
• The output sync of the TBC is independent of all inputs. There is no way to syn-
chronize it with an external sync or with any of the inputs.
