The automatic movement system must be professionally anchored to the foundation or
mounted on the shifting unit.
Procedure:
1. Position the sliding table at the intended location and mount it properly
(see HU 1 operating manual).
2. Use a spirit level to level the sliding table.
3. Draw a cable through the eyebolt on the reciprocator and use a forklift to move the
reciprocator into the vertical position.
4. Place the reciprocator on the sliding table's guide slide and fasten it to the sliding
table with the M8 bolts (A) provided.
5. Align the drilled holes B on the base plate of the reciprocator with the drilled holes
on the sliding table's drive belt carrier and bolt them together.
6.
Adjust upper and lower stops to the preliminary end position (see Chapter 6.10).
7.
Mount the guns in the desired arrangement (see Chapter 6.11 and/or Chapter 6.12).
8.
Mount the counter weights (see Chapter 6.9).
9.
Adjust upper and lower stops on the reciprocator so that the guns do not have
contact with the booth surface (see Chapter 6.10).
10. Position the energy chain.

11. Attach the carrier to the cable drag chain using the two bolts provided.
