14 DECLARATION OF INCORPORATION
Declaration of incorporation in accordance with Annex II B of the EC Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC.
The special technical documentation was created in accordance with Annex VII B of EC
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. We undertake to transmit it to the national authorities
in the form of a printed document or electronically (PDF) upon reasoned request.
The incomplete machine must not be put into service until the machine/system into
which it is to be incorporated is in conformity with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC.

Regarding Annex I of Directive 2006/42/EC, the responsibility for the essential health and
safety regulations lies in part or in whole with the installer and user. The installer and user
are requested to resolve the following outstanding issues/open points before putting the
machine into service.

The installation declaration is enclosed with this product. If needed, further copies can be
