8.6 FILLING UP THE OIL TANK OF THE BALLBEARING GUIDES ONLY VU1 AND VU2

Procedure:
1. Use a screwdriver to detach the oil tank (1) from the ball-bearing guide.
2. Remove the oil tank.
3. Remove the red lid (2) of the oil tank.
4. Fill up the oil tank with 10 cc ( 10 ml) of oil.
5. To avoid problems related to the use of incorrect oil, it is advisable to use new oil
tanks that are lled with oil (see chapter "Spare Parts").
Note:
Use Mobil® SHC 636 oil!
8.7 LUBRICATING THE BALLBEARING GUIDES WITH GREASE
The ball-bearing guides can also be lubricated with grease via the available grease nipple.
The respective maintenance set can be ordered using order no. 2384182.
