FUEL

SERVICE
3. After-drip test.
An
injection nozzle is considered defec-
tive if
it
drips fuel accumulated on the bottom
of
the noz-
zle after fuel injection is stopped during the chattering
test. Replace such a nozzle. A very small amount
of
fuel
may sometimes remain on the top
of
the nozzle. This is
due to chattering and is not detrimental.
