9 Carefully use the slugging wrench (004, Figure 7-43) and the hydraulic cylinder (001) to
loosen the coupling nut.
10 Remove the coupling nut.
11 Remove the complete nozzle body.
NOTE: If it is necessary to replace the needle or the nozzle body, you must replace
the two items. Do not replace only one item.
12 If it is necessary to remove the pilot valve, do as follows:
12.1 Turn the valve holder (003) through 90° so that the injection valve is in the
horizontal position. This prevents the pin to fall out from the pilot valve.
12.2 Use the T-handle to carefully remove the pilot valve.
12.3 Examine all parts for damage and corrosion. Replace parts that have damage of
corrosion.
