PROCEDURE
1 Attach the proximity sensor (005, Figure 14-4) to the holder (004).
2 Make sure that the proximity sensor (005) touches the crank angle mark (003).

Loosen the proximity sensor three full turns (3 x 360°) to get a clearance of 4
0
-0.2
mm
between the crank angle mark (003) and the bottom face of the proximity sensor (005).
4 Carefully tighten the locknut (002) with your fingers.
5 Connect the electrical connection to the proximity sensor (005). Refer to the mark made
before to identify the correct cable.
