9. GPS AND MAVLINK
9.1 GPS
The Workswell WIRIS Pro system is equipped with GPS interface through the unied interface cable with a 4 pin
connector. As for the physical layer, the Workswell WIRIS system is designed for UART with operang voltage of
5 V, although it is tolerant to 3.3 V.

GPS connected to the GPS connector is indicated by the GPS icon in the Status bar

To connect a custom GPS to WIRIS Pro, please do the following:
1. Check if the GPS supports NMEA protocol
2. Set the GPS baud rate to 115200 bps
3. Crimp the GPS cables and insert them into the empty Molex connector
4. Connect the GPS to WIRIS Pro
