Background Suppression
Select the default setting for the Background Suppression feature on the Image Quality
screen. Select one of the following items as your default Auto Exposure option.
The selection made here appears as the default setting on the Background Suppression screen
(Image Quality tab, Copy feature); refer to the below illustration:

Background Suppression is valid when Original Type is set to Text & P ho t o, Tex t, or Pencil
Tex t.
