Bates Stamp items
Select the default settings for the Copy Defaults items (refer to the below illustration).
Selections made here appear as the default settings on the Output Format tab - Bates Stamp,
as shown in the below illustration:
Annotations - Bates Stamp
Select Off or On for the default.
Annotations - Apply Bates Stamp To
Select All Pages or All Pages but First for the default.
Bates Stamp - Starting Number
Select the default starting number.
Bates Stamp - Number of Digits
Select Auto Assign or Manual Assign for the default.
