NOTE:
When replacing the valve, always use a
new valve guide and valve seal.
Valve spring inspection

Out of specification ® Replace the
valve spring.
2. Measure:
9Valve spring tilt b
Out of specification ® Replace the
valve spring.
Rocker arm inspection
1. Inspect:
9Rocker arm
Cracks/Wear/Damage ® Replace.

0.03 mm (0.0012 in)
Valve spring free length limit:
34.0 mm (1.34 in)
Valve spring tilt limit:
1.2 mm (0.05 in)
