SPARK PLUG CAP (STANDARD)
1. Inspect:
9Spark plug cap
Cracks/damage ® Replace.
9Plug cap spring
Deformity/Damage ® Replace.
Replacement steps:
(standard type)
8 Remove the high-tension cord 2
from the spark plug cap 1 by pulling
it.
8 Remove the plug cap spring 3 and
lift up from the high-tension cord 2.
8 Cut off the end of the high-tension
cord about length
a.
8 Strip off cord end about a and fit the
plug cap spring 3.
8 To fit the high-tension cord to the
spark plug cap push into the plug
cap.
8 Bind the plug cap 1 bottom tightly
with the clamp clip 4 and fasten it.
