Checking the written version

Turn on the power of the MOTIF XS.
When the screen as in Fig. 1 appears just
after the power is turned on, simultaneously
press and hold the [REC] and [REMOTE]
switches on the panel shown in Fig. 5 until
the screen as in Fig. 6 (Test program start-
up screen) appears.
The way to enter the test program is the same as the
entry method for the fi rmware updating except that
the panel switches to be pressed simultaneously are
different.

The version will be shown in the entry screen
for the test program. Check the version.

When the verifying check is completed, the
result will be shown as OK or NG. If OK ap-
pears as follows, the writing procedure is
fi nished without any problem.

Finish.
Please turn off.
It will take about 15 minutes for the whole updating
procedures.
