CRC cable assembly # 135-006-0400, or per pinout shown in Table 3-13.

HD-60 pins tied: 48 to 49, 50 to 51 to 52, 53 to 54 to 55 to 56.
HD-44 pins tied: 17 to 37 via resistor, 32 to 37 via resistor,
22 to 28 to 30, then all to 29 via resistor,
22 to 28 to 30, then all to 44 via resistor
(Resistor = 300 Ohm, 1/4 W, 5%).
