Add Personnel on the Software 18.3
1. Click Personnel > Employee > Add:
2. Fill in all the required fields and click [Confirm] to register a new user.
3. Click Device > Device > Data Transfer > Sync Data to Device to
synchronize all the data to the device including the new users.
