Jog axis 5 so that the tilt house is horizont-
al (turning disk points straight forward).

• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

safety risks. Before proceeding, please
read the safety information in the section
Safety risks during work with gearbox lub-
ricants (oil or grease) on page 37.

Place the oil collecting vessel underneath
the oil draining plug.

CAUTION
The gearbox can contain an excess of
pressure that can be hazardous. Open the
oil plug carefully in order to let out the ex-
cess pressure.

Remove the oil plug from the combined
filling/inspection/ventilation hole.
Note
The plug is opened to speed up the drain-
age.
