Robot position when removing the counterweight

Jog the robot to a position so that the area
where the counterweight is fitted to the
parallel arm, is horizontal to the foundation.

Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

Removing the counterweight

CAUTION
The counterweight weighs 1200 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!

If used, remove the plastic plugs covering
the holes for the lifting eyes.
Note
Keep the plastic plugs. They shall be refit-
ted.
