screws.

Always use guide pins in pairs.
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor pinion and
hub, the splines may be damaged if excess-
ive force is used!

Removal tool M12: 3HAC14631-1If required, press the motor out of position
by using the removal tool in opposite holes
of the motor.

CAUTION
The motor weighs 27 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!

Lifting accessory, motor: 3HAC15534-1Attach the lifting accessory.8

Use caution and lift the motor out on the
guide pins, in order to get the pinion away
from the hub.
Let the motor rest on the guide pins.

Disconnect the 24 VDC power supply.10
