Preparations before refitting the axis-1 motor

DANGER
Make sure that all supplies for electrical power,
hydraulic pressure and air pressure are turned
off.

Remove old paint residues and other contamina-
tion from the contact surfaces on both motor and
gearbox.

Wipe clean the contact surfaces from any remain-
ing contamination.

Also wipe clean the o-ring groove.

Inspect the o-ring.
Note
Replace if damaged.

Make sure the o-ring is seated in the groove.
Tip
Lubricate the o-ring with some grease for a better
fitting in the groove.
