Checking Axis 6 Gear Reduction Unit Pla y
WARNING! BE SURE ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT SWITCH IS
OFF AND LOCKED IN OFF POSITION!
• Mount tool ABB# 6896 134-CF.
• Measure play with a dial indicator 190 mm from center of axis 6.
Maximum play allowed is 0.06 mm. Play cannot be adjusted. Complete gear
reduction unit must be replaced if play exceeds the allowed amount.
