Step 10 — Run a diagnostic test
1. Using the touchscreen display or the keypad, return to the Main
screen (Figure 7).
2. Press the Menu button on the Main screen and then the Test Setup
button to get to the Test Setup screen. Select one or more tests to
run, as determined by your laboratory’s standard protocol. Press the
Close button twice to return to the Main screen.
3. Press the Stat button. The A

O rotates the primary carousel so that
a selected position is closest to the front of the product. A message
screen indicates the selected position.
CAUTION Do not rotate the primary carousel manually when loading
or unloading tubes while electrical power is applied to the
instrument. Rotating the carousel can produce voltage
spikes that can damage the electronics. Manual rotation
will also misalign the carousel, resulting in possible dam-
age to the pipettor during testing.
