NOTE
The color for each block of wells/pads is automatically assigned. You can cycle through different
colors by tapping the “anchor” well (the lower-left well in the 3 x 2 block) in the plate diagram.

wells to SpectroCHIP
Array pads: 1-pin
example
The 1-pin array format uses only a single pin (C5). Mappings between wells and pads are
defined individually, not in blocks as for 24-pin and 6-pin formats.
1. To map a plate well to a SpectroCHIP Array pad, simply tap the well and then tap a pad
(Figure 3.37).

In this example, well C1 was the selected as the "anchor"
well (receives pin A1) in the second aspirate-dispense
cycle.
Pad B1 was selected to receive pin A1 in the second
aspirate-dispense cycle.
