Pump Head Maintenance (Tool Free)

Lubricate the seals, the seal holder, and the pump
chambers with isopropanol.
2 Place the piston seal onto the designated nose of the
Seal Handling Device. The metal spring of the piston seal
must be visible.
3 Take care that the Seal Handling Device is seating flush
and press the seal into the pump chamber.
4 Repeat for the other pump chamber.


