7 Contacting your administrator (technical support)
If necessary you may need to contact your administrator.
Before contacting your administrator, make sure you have information such as your phone's codes
and software version to hand.
7.1 Technical code / Date code
The codes are located under the backshell of the phone. This label is an example and does not
represent the one placed on your phone.
7.2 Software version / Display network settings (IP address)
The software version can be viewed on the phone by following this path:
7.3 Access to administrator configuration
7.3.1 Default password
The default password of phone advanced setting is “000000”.
The default user naume and WBM is “admin”, “000000”.
When connecting for the first time, the default password has to be modified.
7.3.2 Administrator settings menu
The phone is in idle state.
Press the Menu soft key to access the Main Menu.
The phone is in idle state.
