Configure the ControlNet Driver
In this chapter, you configure the ControlNet driver for your computer so you can program
over a ControlNet network.
Before You Begin
Prepare the computer, see Chapter 2.
Install all hardware, see Chapters 1-6
.
Connect the computer, controller and all other ControlNet devices to a ControlNet
network. This example uses BNC coaxial connectors to connect the taps and a
terminating resistor at each end.
Verify that power is applied to all devices.
What You Need
RSNetWorx for ControlNet
A 1784-PCIC or 1784-PCICS card and associated driver installed on your computer
