Note:
MEASDTIME is an extension function of MEASTIME. It can be used only
during remote control.
The settable measurement time range is from 1 second to 999 hours 59 minutes
59.90 seconds.
Note that decimal values are truncated when the measurement time is dis-
played on the screen or when it is read out by using the MEASTIME? query.
