wells with outlying data.
IMPORTANT! Up to six wells from each
replicate group in a RNase P plate can be omitted
to meet specifications. If the analysis contains
more than six outliers,
troubleshoot the RNase P
verification run. See “Troubleshooting” on
page 99.
9. In the Results tab, select the Standard Curve
tab.
10. In the Standard Curve tab, verify that the R2
value is ≥0.990.
11. In the Results tab, select the Report tab.
