802.11 b/g/n Channels
Defines which 802.11b/g/n channels to use. It is recommended to use the default value
"1,6,11". If set to “All”, all channels are scanned for access points which decreases the WLAN
performance. Select "Advanced" only if the channels shall be set in the parameter Advanced:
802.11 channels.
1 Select Network > Network A (B, C, or D).
2In the 802.11 protocol drop-down list, select "802.11b/g/n".
3In the 802.11b/g/n channels drop-down list, select one of the following:
•All
• 1,6,11
• Advanced
Advanced: 802.11 Channels
Defines which 802.11 channels to use. Only used if the parameter in the 802.11b/g/n
channels, or 802.11a/n channels is set to "Advanced".
Note: It is not possible to scan channels in 802.11b/g/n and 802.11a/n simultaneously.
1 Select Network > Network A (B, C, or D).
2 Enter channels to scan in a comma-separated list, for example 1,6,11 (the order has
no impact; 11,6,1 will give the same result).
6.3.5 Transmission Power
This is the transmission power the handset will use when transmitting data to the WLAN
system. If “Automatic” (default) is used, the transmission power is adapted according to
802.11h, CCX or maximum possible.
1 Select Network > Network A (B, C, or D).
2 In the Transmission power drop-down list, select one of the following:
•Automatic
• 0 dBm
• 5 dBm
• 11 dBm
• 14 dBm
• 20 dBm (max)
6.3.6 IP DSCP for Voice/Signalling
Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) defines which value to use for outgoing voice and
signalling traffic. The DSCP value is used for QoS on the LAN. The settings in the handset
must agree with the settings in the system, otherwise it will result in bad voice quality.
1 Select Network > Network A (B, C, or D).
