7.3.7 Routing – To Verizon
Repeat the steps in Section 7.3.6, with the following changes, to add a Routing Profile for the
Avaya SBCE connection to Verizon.
Step 1 - On the Global Profiles Routing Profile window, enter a Profile Name: (e.g., route to
Vz IPCC).
Step 2 - On the Next-Hop Address window, populate the following fields:
Priority/Weight = 1
Server Configuration = Verizon IPCC (from Section 7.3.5).
Next Hop Address: select 172.30.205.55:5072 (UDP).
Step 3 - Click Finish.
