SMPS fans connections
Code 5113: “smps fan 2 (right side) - speed low” (Warning)
Situation Solution
Blocked fan. (reference 4 of
image 4-13)
Unblock the fan. Ensure that the fan can turn freely.
Damaged wire unit. (reference 3 &
5 of image 4-13)
Check if the wire unit of the fan is not damaged. Repair if possible, otherwise replace
with new one.
Malfunction Fan C ontrol bo ard. Replace the Fan Control board. See "SMPS compartment fans", page 314.
Fan end of life. Replace the fan. S ee "SMP S com partmen t fans", page 314.
Code 5123: “lamp rear fan - speed low” (Warning)
Situation Solution
Blocked fan. (reference 1
