Replacing the thermostat
• Remove and replace thermostat (1).
• Replace the O-Ring (2).
• Replace the gasket (3).
• The thermostat hole must be as indicated in fig. 127
LUBRICANTS
• Transmission oil: SAE 30 Type SE
• Mixture oil: Syntetic oil for separate injection
• Bearings and other LUBRIFICATION points
Use grease for rolling-contact bearings with a working range of -30° C
... + 140° C, dripping point 150° C... + 230° C, high level of corrosion
prevention, good resistance to water and oxidation.
Austausch des Thermostaten
• Bauen Sie den Thermostaten (1) aus und wechseln Sie ihn aus.
• Wechseln Sie den Haltering OR (2) aus.
• Wechseln Sie die Dichtung (3) aus.
SCHMIERMITTEL
• Getriebeöl: SAE 30 Typ SE
• Zweitaktgemischöl: Syntetiköl für Gemischschmierung
• Lager und andere Schmierpunkte:
Verwenden Sie Markenfett für Lager mit einem Temperaturbereich-30
bis +140°C und einem Tropfpunkt +150 bis +230°C, mit hoher
Korrosionsbeständigkeit und guter Reistenz gegen Wasser und
Oxydation.
Remplacement thermostat
• Déposer et remplacer le thermostat (1).
• Remplacer le joint torique (2).
• Remplacer le joint (3).
LUBRIFIANTS
• Huile pour transmission: SAE Type SE
• Huile mélangeur: Huile synthétique pour mélange
• Roulements et autres points de LUBRIFICATION
Utiliser de la graisse de marque pour les roulements, champ de tem-
pérature utile -30°C .... + 140°C, point de liquéfaction + 150°C... +
230°C, protection anticorrosion élevée, bonne résistance à l’eau et à
l’oxydation.
Sustitución termostato
• Extraer y sustituir el termostato (1).
• Sustituir el anillo aislador OR (2).
• Sustituir el empaque (3).
LUBRICANTES
• Aceite para transmisión: SAE 30 Tipo SE
• Aceite mezclador: Aceite sintético para mezcla
• Cojinetes y otros puntos de LUBRICACIÓN
Utilizar grasa de marca para cojinetes rodantes, campo di temperatura útil
-30º C... + 140º C, punto de goteo + 150º C... + 230º C, elevada pro-
tección anticorrosiva, buena resistencia al agua y a la oxidación.
